I create spaces — through therapy and art — where people can compassionately witness the stories they've inherited, reclaim their authentic selves, and consciously shape what they carry forward.

The Philosophy

We believe that every person carries inherited stories, unconscious patterns, and an innate capacity for healing. Transformation doesn't begin by becoming someone new. It begins by understanding what shaped us, honoring the parts of ourselves that learned to survive, and choosing what we want to carry forward.
