Come Home To Yourself
I create spaces — through therapy and art — where people can compassionately witness the stories they've inherited, reclaim their authentic selves, and consciously shape what they carry forward.
The Philosophy
We believe that every person carries inherited stories, unconscious patterns, and an innate capacity for healing. Transformation doesn't begin by becoming someone new. It begins by understanding what shaped us, honoring the parts of ourselves that learned to survive, and choosing what we want to carry forward.
Awareness
Healing begins with noticing – the patterns, the fear, the survival instead of presence.
Self-compassion
It grows through gently witnessing your own story without judgment.
Freedom
With time, it becomes the freedom to live honestly, love fully, and move through life as your whole self.
Healing is not about perfection. It is about remembering who we are beneath the filters of fear, shame, and unworthiness.
Two Ways to Begin
01 — Therapy
When Healing Happens in Relationship
Therapy offers a compassionate space to understand your patterns, build emotional safety, and reconnect with yourself. Together we explore the stories that have shaped you while creating new ways of relating to yourself and the people you love.
02 — Creative work
When healing seeks expression.
Through poetry, music, reflection, and storytelling, I explore grief, love, identity, inherited stories, and transformation. These works invite us to pause, feel deeply, and remember what has always been true beneath the noise.
What We Pay Attention To
Awareness Changes Everything.
Healing often begins by noticing what has gone unseen. Together, we learn to pay attention to
the stories we've inherited
the beliefs we've absorbed and the body's signals
the moments when we feel most like ourselves
emotions that ask to be felt
relationship patterns, grief and loss
creativity and expression
the environments and relationships that leave us feeling grounded or disconnected
Wherever you are in your journey, you're welcome here.
Whether you're seeking therapy, exploring creative work, or simply looking for language that helps you better understand yourself, I hope this space reminds you that healing doesn't begin with having all the answers.
It begins with becoming aware of what has always been waiting to be seen.
